My wife & I chose Melissa as our realtor after an extensive interview with her & 4 other Realtors. Melissa had less experience then any of the others we interviewed but her presentation was outstanding. We are so happy with our selection. We listed our home in Locust Grove, Ga. with Melissa April 6, 2005 and she has a contract that was within $900 of our asking price by June 6, 2005. We closed July 27, 2005. The delay in closing was mainly the fault of the lender, not Melissa. She advertised, advertised, advertised, this I believe is what enabled us to sell so quickly. We were very pleased with Melissa & highly recommend her to anyone.
